Work in Progress
The chorus from a song by Mark Hall contains these words:
Let my lifesong sing to You, let my lifesong sing to You.
I want to sign Your name to the end of this day,
Knowing that my heart was true.
Let my lifesong sing to You.
It's kind of a simple sentiment, I guess, to present our lives to God each and every day, as something God would proudly see His name signed to. Does my life look like one of God's great works of art?
Think about all those people that you see every day. Do they look like a "God thing"? Actually, most of us are more of a "work in progress." There are those, however, who have touched our lives in such a way that we are brought much closer to God.
Be thankful for those masterpieces God has put in your life!
